Satya, a former Nurse, has spent 13 years in Asia immersing herself in alternative medicine. Guided by Buddhist teachings, she practices Vipassana and Mindfulness Meditation to enrich her life and those she encounters. In her Yoga classes, Satya invites you to tune into your body, observe your mind, and cultivate awareness. Through a blend of Iyengar’s precision, vinyasa’s fluidity, and the depth of mindfulness meditation, she offers a transformative space to reduce stress and navigate emotions, fostering a calm and introspective presence.
