Camilla founded Farmacy in 2016 with the goal of providing transformative and accessible food. Farmacy’s flagship restaurant in Notting Hill, London, offers clean, nutrient-rich plant-based dishes. The restaurant is supplied by a certified Biodynamic farm that uses electric vans for delivery. In 2018, Farmacy expanded to New York City, further establishing itself as a regenerative business. Camilla authored the “Farmacy Kitchen” cookbook, which introduces the principles of deep nutrition and features beloved Farmacy recipes. She is recognized as a prominent voice in the movement that promotes food as medicine.
